Entrance Exam Result
After submitting the admission form, students are required to appear for an entrance examination. This exam helps the school understand the student's academic level and learning ability based on their grade.
Entrance Exam Date:
- First Entrance Examination (Grade 1 only): Saturday, 7th Chaitra 2082
- Second Entrance Examination (All Classes): Saturday, 14th Chaitra 2082
Note: Additional entrance examinations may be conducted on following Saturdays, depending on seat availability and admission requirements.

Enrolment / Admission Confirmation
Students who successfully pass the entrance exam must confirm their admission within the given deadline, as informed by the United Universal School Administration.

Note: You may visit the school office to collect and submit the admission form on all working days between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. For your convenience, the school office is also open on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Office Information (Admisssion Period)
The Information and Accounts Office will remain open on all Saturdays starting from 30th Falgun 2082 until the end of Chaitra 2082 to assist parents with admission inquiries, form submission, and fee-related services.

Scholarship and Fees
Scholarship
United Universal School encourages academic top students by offering merit-based scholarships to students who perform well in their studies.
After every term, the top three students from each class are awarded scholarships based on their academic results.
- First Rank: 75% scholarship on monthly tuition fees
- Second Rank: 50% scholarship on monthly tuition fees
- Third Rank: 25% scholarship on monthly tuition fees
The scholarship is valid for one term only. To retain the scholarship in subsequent terms, students must demonstrate strong academic performance and achieve the required results each term.
